so tonight, i crawled into bed and told myself to finish this damn post once and for all. of course, after a couple hours catching up on the day's shows in paris, facebook, yet another #itgetsbetter video, i decided to bite the bullet. here's what i can tell you:
much that is in style for women this fall also goes for men.
camel, military, chunky knits, denim on denim.
stripes are always classic, whether it be a knit under a blazer or layered over top of a collared shirt.
don't be afraid of scarves! they add depth & creative flair to a basic outfit,
as well as the obvious warmth factor.
i can't get enough of loafers. of course, not all guys can pull off a leopard print loafer with purple socks, but i encourage you men to step out of your comfort zones. women will appreciate the effort, i assure you.
a classic polo goes a long way. keep it ironed and don't let it fade. pay attention to the fit, and TRY THINGS ON. (this goes for all clothing.) i know change rooms are a pain in the bum, but you will thank me later.
overcoats are another staple for fall. whether you find yourself wearing shearling, trench, or something a little heavier, a coat will polish off an outfit and keep you looking classy.
if anyone has any questions about their own fashion dilemmas,
i warmly welcome any suggestions or criticisms.
these comments inspire me to keep posting!
love the grey addidas!
